Verisk Analytics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSK) reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $423.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $422.78 million.

Scott Stephenson, president and chief executive officer, said, "Our second-quarter revenue growth was good, driven by very strong performance in our insurance units. The outlook for our financial business remains excellent, and we continue to expect mid teens growth for Verisk Health for the full year 2014.
