BofA/Merrill Lynch analyst Denise Chai cut estimates and her price target on Underperform-rated The Container Store (NYSE: TCS) to $21.00 (from $26.00) following the disappointing Q1 results and lower outlook.

Chai said despite the lowered outlook they see more downside.
