Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $713.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $699.51 million.

Comps increased 8.7%.

Ulta Salon sees Q2 2014 EPS of $0.78 - $0.83, versus the consensus of $0.82. Ulta Salon also sees Q2 2014 revenue of $706 - $717 million, versus the consensus of $703.95 million. Comparable store sales for the second quarter of 2014 are expected to increase 5% to 7%.

The Company is reiterating its previously announced fiscal 2014 guidance.
