Bank of Montreal (NYSE: BMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 annualized. This is up 2.6 percent from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.76.
The dividend will be payable on August 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
