Signet Jewelers (SIG) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c; Guides Q1 EPS, Comps
Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) reported Q4 EPS of $2.18, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $2.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.55 billion.
Same store sales increased 4.3% compared to an increase of 3.5% in the fourth quarter Fiscal 2013. eCommerce sales were $79.0 million compared to $63.9 million in the fourth quarter Fiscal 2013, up $15.1 million or 23.6%.
Signet Jewelers sees FY2014 EPS of $1.24-$1.28, versus the consensus of $1.28. First quarter same store sales are expected to increase in the 3% to 4% range.
