Tesla (TSLA) Fan Base in China Already Growing
Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) is already getting a solid fan base in China ahead of the launch of its Model S sedan in Spring 2014.
One fan already created faux advertisements for the company, highlighting many key features of the car. Again, we aren't sure this isn't something Tesla has officially put out.
As mentioned earlier, Tesla isn't likely to receive clean energy subsidies in China given the government only awards those to autos manufactured in the country, but with excitement like this building up, it shouldn't be hard to unload several thousand Model S units in short order.
Shares of Tesla are up 3.5 percent.
