eBay (eBay) Comments Slam Internet Stocks (GRPN) (AMZN) (OSTK)
Internet stocks Groupon, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRPN), Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN), Overstock.com Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK), and others declined on Thursday following eBay's (Nasdaq: EBAY) Q3 results and comments on the company's conference call. Specifically, eBay said Q3 showed "dramatically decelerating" U.S e-commerce growth and there were no positive signs so far in October.
