The buyout group led by my Michael Dell is not likely to sweeten its $24.4 billion Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) offer, and it is not seeking more financing from Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) or banks, according to Bloomberg sources. This morning Dell postponed a shareholder meeting set for today in an effort to buy time to given opposition to the deal.
