Dell (Dell) Active on Buyout Chatter
Invesco, Bank of New York, Vanguard, State St, and BlackRock voted in favor of the Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) buyout, according to Reuters. Reuters also reported that as of this morning the buyout didn't have votes to pass.
