KeyBanc Raises Lennar (LEN) EPS Estimates
KeyBanc today reiterated a Buy rating on Lennar (NYSE: LEN) with a price target of $46.00. Analyst Kenneth R. Zener raised Lennar 2013 EPS estimates to $1.97 (from $1.51) and 2014 estimates to $$3.02 (from $2.33).
Commenting on Q1 results reported last week, Zener said, "This was another solid quarter reinforcing our opinion that LEN is positioned to benefit from an environment of strong demand and rising prices (ASP up 9% year-over-year) relative to other builders."

Shares of Lennar closed at $42.12 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $23.48-$43.90.
