Visa (V) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c; Approves $1.75B Buyback
Visa (NYSE: V) reported Q1 EPS of $1.82, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.85 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.82 billion.
The Company's Board of Directors has authorized a new $1.75 billion class A share repurchase program. The authorization will be in place through January 2014, and is subject to further change at the discretion of the Board.
