Philips (PHG) Mulls EUR0.75/Share Distribution
Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. ADS (NYSE: PHG) said it will propose a distribution of €0.75 per common share in cash or shares at shareholder option. The Company will update at its General Meeting of Shareholders on May 3, 2013.
