- Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE: NWL) $21.23. Newell topped Q3 EPS views by 3 cents and boosted its dividend by 50 percent to 60 cents annually.
- Mylan (Nasdaq: MYL) high of $25.51. Mylan getting a boost from Canaccord Genuity Friday, with the firm upgrading shares to Buy following third-quarter results issued Thursday morning. Canaccord has a $30 price target on the stock.
- Eastman Chemical Co. (NYSE: EMN) high of $60.85. Eastman bested analysts 15 cents per share with Q3 EPS results. Full-year 2012 EPS outlook of $5.30 to $5.40 was also to the heavy end of analyst estimates.
- Taser International, Inc. (Nasdaq: TASR) high of $7.81. One of the bigger gainers on the session, Taser moving higher after nearly doubling EPS consensus views, reporting profit of 7 cents per share. Taser is now on a three-quarter winning streak versus the Street.
- Quantum Corporation (NYSE: QTM) low of $1.08. Quantum priced a private placement of $60 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017 to be issued to qualified institutional buyers. At the initial conversion rate, the notes will be convertible into shares of common stock at a conversion price of approximately $1.65 per share, representing a conversion premium of approximately 35 percent over the last reported sale price of the company's common stock on October 25, 2012, which was $1.22 per share.

- HMS Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: HMSY) low of $19.72. HMS Holdings topped Q3 EPS expectations (though EPS was down 5.3 percent from last year), but investors are nervous on guidance. HMS said it expects fiscal 2013 adjusted EPS of 95 cents to $1.02, while the consensus is at 78 cents. GAAP EPS for FY13 is expected at 63 cents to 70 cents, below the Street's expectations.
- Constant Contact, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTCT) low of $12.49. Constant Contact beat Q3 EPS views, but guided Q4 EPS and sales expectations well below the Street. Shares fell 27 percent Friday to the new mark.
