Apple, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) introduces new, smaller iPad.
UPDATE - The device is 7.2-mm thick and weighs 0.68 pounds. It will be available in white and black. Display is 7.9-inches diagonal with the same 1024 X 768 display as iPad 2.
UPDATE 2 - the iPad mini will price at $329.
