Pulte Group (PHM) Tops Q1 EPS Views; Revs Light; Guides FY12 Comps
Pulte Group (NYSE: PHM) reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $573.58 million versus the consensus estimate of $833.67 million. Same-store sales declined 3.4% versus a decline of 2.3% in the third quarter of fiscal 2011.
The Company expects fiscal 2012 same-store sales to be in the range of negative 3.5% to negative 2.5%.
