ASML Holding NV (Nasdaq: ASML) reports Q3 EPS of €0.84, versus €0.61 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was €1.458.5 billion, compared to €1.176.0 billion in Q310.

ASML expects full year 2011 sales to hit a record level of about EUR 5.5 billion.
