JinkoSolar Holding Co. (JKS) Tops Q1 EPS Views; Guides Q2 Revs Below
JinkoSolar Holding Co. (NYSE: JKS) reported Q1 EPS of $2.10, $0.60 better than the analyst estimate of $1.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $326.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $289.78 million.
Total solar product shipments were a record 208.4 megawatts, compared to 162.6 MW in the fourth quarter of 2010 and 83.0 MW in the first quarter of 2010.
Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $330 - $350 million, versus the consensus of $364.29 million. The Company expects to increase its in-house annual silicon wafer, solar cell and solar module production capacities to approximately 1,000 MW each by the end of the second quarter of 2011.
