Final voting results will be filed as part of LXP's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission following certification by LXP's inspector of election.

The transaction is expected to close Nov. 2, 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of closing conditions outlined in the merger agreement. Upon closing, LXP's shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange and will no longer trade on any public market.
