Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. (CSE: BLGV) (OTC: BLGVF) has announced that its 10-to-1 share consolidation will take effect at the opening of trading on Oct. 23, 2026.

Under the consolidation, shareholders will receive one new common share for every ten shares currently held. The company's shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "BLGV" and on the OTCQB under "BLGVF," with a new CUSIP/ISIN number of 07785T300/CA07785T3001.

Shareholders holding physical share certificates will receive a letter of transmittal from the company's transfer agent with instructions for exchanging pre-consolidation certificates for post-consolidation certificates. Shareholders holding shares through a broker or intermediary will have their holdings adjusted automatically and are not required to take any action.
