October 22, 2026 8:59 AM

SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPRC) announced that its subsidiary NeuroThera Labs Inc. (TSXV: NTLX) has completed manufacturing of its investigational drug candidate SCI-110 and obtained batch release certification from a European Qualified Person, clearing the way for shipment of clinical trial materials to study sites.

The certification is a regulatory step that authorizes the distribution of clinical supply for NeuroThera's FDA-approved Phase IIb clinical trial evaluating SCI-110 for the treatment of Tourette syndrome in adults. The company said all three participating clinical sites have completed initiation activities and are prepared to receive drug supplies, with shipments expected in the near term.

The trial is being conducted at Yale Child Study Center at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut; Hannover Medical School in Hanover, Germany; and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Israel.

SCI-110 is a cannabinoid-based drug candidate that combines dronabinol and palmitoylethanolamide in a single oral dosage form. The Phase IIb study is designed to assess the drug's efficacy, safety, and tolerability in adult patients with Tourette syndrome.
