After-Hours Movers:

Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META)

Meta stock rose 4% after delivering a Q3 beat-and-raise report while approving a new class of publicly listed non-voting shares to fund its AI roadmap. The company posted Q3 EPS of $3.83 (beating the $3.57 estimate) on revenue of $64.6 billion. Management issued strong Q4 revenue guidance of $73–$76 billion (midpoint $74.5 billion, above the $73.57 billion consensus), signaling robust digital ad momentum heading into the holiday season. Meta updated its full-year 2026 expense forecast to $175–$179 billion (including a legal charge) and narrowed capital expenditures to $135–$145 billion.

IBM (NYSE: IBM)

IBM shares jumped 6% following a clean fiscal Q3 top- and bottom-line beat. The IT services and hybrid cloud leader reported adjusted EPS of $2.95 (topping the $2.86 estimate) on revenue of $17.1 billion versus $16.82 billion expected. Management reaffirmed its full-year constant-currency revenue growth target of 4% to 5%, driven by expanding Red Hat adoption and growing enterprise AI consulting bookings.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA)

Tesla rose 2% after reporting Q3 results that cleared Wall Street expectations. The EV maker posted adjusted EPS of $0.48 ($0.03 ahead of consensus) on revenue of $28.05 billion versus $27.92 billion expected, supported by record energy storage deployment volumes and lower raw material costs that helped cushion vehicle average selling price reductions.

Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX), KLA Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) & Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT)

Lam Research fell 6% despite posting a minor Q1 beat-and-raise ($2.20 EPS on $8.22 billion in revenue, with Q2 revenue guided to $8.6B ±$400M). The post-earnings decline triggered broader sector pressure, with peers KLA Corporation and Applied Materials trading down in sympathy as profit-taking hit chip equipment makers following recent rallies.

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ: CSX)

CSX Corp. gained 5% after beating third-quarter earnings targets, posting an EPS of $0.57 (beating the $0.53 consensus) on $4.02 billion in revenue. The rail carrier benefited from higher intermodal volumes and improved network velocity, which offset lower coal shipment volumes.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI)

Kinder Morgan gained 3% following a Q3 beat, reporting EPS of $0.35 on $4.53 billion in revenue. While full-year 2026 EPS guidance of $1.36 came in below the $1.56 analyst consensus, steady natural gas pipeline throughput and expanding LNG feedgas volume commitments buoyed investor sentiment.

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS)

Las Vegas Sands dropped 4% after missing Q3 top- and bottom-line estimates. The resort operator reported Q3 EPS of $0.54 (trailing the $0.73 estimate) on revenue of $3.22 billion versus $3.33 billion expected, impacted by lower-than-anticipated VIP hold rates and slower mass-market gaming recovery in Macao.
