Nasdaq has notified Robot Consulting Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: LAWR) that its securities will be delisted from the exchange on October 30, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel.

Trading in the company's ordinary shares has been halted since November 6, 2025, following a temporary trading suspension imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq stated it is using its authority under IM-5101-4 to proceed with the delisting.

The securities will remain halted and unavailable to trade until any appeal is resolved. If removed from Nasdaq, the securities may become eligible for trading on the over-the-counter market.
