Leidos wins $160M U.S. Cyber Command contract
Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has been awarded a $160 million contract by U.S. Cyber Command to support planning and conducting full-spectrum military cyber operations, according to a company press release.
The five-year contract covers integration and coordination of offensive and defensive cyber operations, including operational support to secure, operate, and defend the Department of Defense Information Network in cyberspace.
Under the award, Leidos will provide cyber defense, operational planning, emerging threat analysis, and support for developing tactics, techniques, and procedures. The work is intended to help U.S. Cyber Command coordinate and synchronize cyber operations across mission partners.

Jason O'Connor, president of Leidos Intelligence, said the team will include capabilities from recently acquired Kudu Dynamics. "Cyberspace operations demand speed, deep technical expertise and an understanding of how adversaries operate," O'Connor said.
Leidos is headquartered in Reston, Virginia, and reported annual revenues of approximately $17.2 billion for the fiscal year ended January 2, 2026.
