Nutanix and Netris to build joint AI infrastructure stack
Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) and Netris announced a strategic collaboration to develop a jointly engineered multitenant infrastructure stack targeting neoclouds and enterprises, according to a press release issued at NVIDIA GTC in Berlin.
The solution combines Nutanix Cloud Platform with the Netris Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multitenancy (NAAM) platform. It is designed to support NVIDIA GPU-accelerated infrastructure-as-a-service offerings and is intended to meet NVIDIA's technical requirements for delivering multitenant services in neocloud environments.
The joint stack will span bare-metal and virtualized environments, providing tenant isolation enforced at the networking hardware level across compute and physical switching layers. Features planned for the solution include automated network fabric operations, self-service cloud networking constructs such as VPCs, elastic IPs, NAT, and L4 load balancers, and support for East-West, North-South, and scale-up AI workload traffic flows.

"By pairing Nutanix's Agentic AI solution with the Netris NAAM platform, we will provide AI cloud operators with an out-of-the-box solution to accelerate their journey from metals to margins," said Ketan Shah, Vice President of Product Management at Nutanix.
Alex Saroyan, CEO and Co-Founder of Netris, said the collaboration addresses the need for compute and networking layers to remain continuously synchronized, describing it as "a single automated stack for secure, multitenant GPU services."
The joint solution is planned to be available in tech preview in early 2027. Netris, founded in 2018 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, and claims more than 70 live deployments of its network automation platform.
