After-Hours Movers

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX)

Netflix fell 5% in post-market trading after issuing soft fourth-quarter revenue guidance that overshadowed a Q3 top- and bottom-line beat. The streaming giant reported Q3 EPS of $0.87 (beating the $0.82 consensus) on revenue of $13.44 billion versus $12.87 billion expected. However, management's Q4 revenue projection of $13.44 billion came in slightly under the $13.51 billion analyst target, signaling near-term subscriber growth normalization heading into year-end.

SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX)

SpaceX shares rose 1.5% after delivering a blowout third-quarter earnings report marked by 161% year-over-year revenue growth. The company reported adjusted EPS of $0.35 (more than double the $0.15 consensus estimate) on total revenue of $14.6 billion, well above the $12.87 billion estimate, while net income surged to $4.4 billion. Growth was led by its Super Intelligence (SI) division ($7.6B revenue vs. $6.3B expected) and expanding Starlink enterprise and consumer adoption within its Connectivity segment ($5.2B vs. $4.9B expected).

Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG)

Intuitive Surgical dropped 11% despite delivering a strong Q3 beat-and-raise report. The robotic surgery pioneer reported Q3 EPS of $3.00 ($0.35 ahead of analyst estimates) on revenue of $3.05 billion versus $2.91 billion expected, driven by higher da Vinci system placement volumes and instrument procedure growth. Despite the operational beat, high valuation metrics following a recent rally led to a post-earnings sell-off.

Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF)

Capital One Financial jumped 5% after reporting strong third-quarter results. The credit card issuer and banking leader posted Q3 EPS of $6.69—beating expectations by $1.19—on revenue of $16.3 billion, supported by resilient consumer spending volume, stable credit card delinquency trends, and lower provision expenses.

United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL)

United Airlines fell 2% after missing Q3 earnings estimates and issuing downbeat Q4 guidance. The carrier reported Q3 EPS of $2.54 (trailing the $2.58 consensus) on revenue of $17.88 billion. Management projected Q4 EPS of $0.50–$1.50, missing the Wall Street consensus of $1.88 as elevated jet fuel prices and industry-wide domestic capacity headwinds weigh on near-term margins.

Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA)

Pegasystems slid 5% following a disappointing Q3 report. The enterprise workflow and decisioning software provider posted an EPS of $0.35 (missing the $0.49 estimate) on revenue of $393.36 million versus $421.81 million expected, as elongated enterprise sales cycles constrained license and cloud subscription expansions.

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI)

Supermicro shares jumped 12% in after-hours trading following an upward revision to its preliminary Q1 fiscal 2027 guidance. The server and liquid-cooling provider raised its revenue forecast to $18.5–$19.5 billion (up from $14.5–$15.5 billion previously), easily outstripping Wall Street's $14.99 billion consensus estimate due to surging enterprise demand for next-generation AI platforms. Supermicro also raised its expected gross margin range to 12.0%–12.5% (up from 10.4%–10.8%), citing a favorable customer and product mix.
