October 20, 2026 9:00 AM

VikingCloud and Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV) have signed a multi-year agreement to offer cybersecurity services to merchants across North America and EMEA, according to a press release from the companies.

Beginning in early 2027, Fiserv will offer VikingCloud's Cyber Risk Defense product to merchants. The solution is designed to help businesses identify and reduce cybersecurity risk through continuous monitoring and includes protection against phishing, ransomware, and business impersonation attacks.

The product features a Security Score that combines VikingCloud's risk scoring technology with Mastercard's cyber risk intelligence, providing merchants with an A-to-F grade. All enrolled merchants receive built-in cyber insurance from the point of enrollment, with additional protection available through optional steps.

The solution also supports larger commercial and mid-market organizations through a modular architecture. It also helps businesses meet PCI compliance requirements.

"Business owners shouldn't have to become cybersecurity experts to protect what they've built," said Mark Brady, Chief Executive Officer at VikingCloud. "Together with Fiserv, we're giving merchants cybersecurity that simply works, so they can get back to running their business."

"By expanding our relationship with VikingCloud, we're helping merchants take a more proactive approach to cybersecurity with solutions that are simple to adopt, easy to understand, and designed to deliver continuous protection," said Lia Cao, Chief Revenue Officer, Enterprise and Platforms, Fiserv.

VikingCloud states it serves more than four million business locations across more than 70 countries. Cyber Risk Defense was named Best Security Compliance Solution at the 2026 teissAwards.
