Cycurion outlines predictive cybersecurity strategy in shareholder letter

October 20, 2026 8:22 AM

Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU), a McLean, Virginia-based cybersecurity company, published a letter to shareholders from Chairman and Chief Executive Officer L. Kevin Kelly outlining the company's strategy centered on predictive intelligence capabilities.

Kelly acknowledged that the company recently regained Nasdaq minimum bid-price compliance following a reverse stock split and a qualifying bid-price period, as announced Oct. 2, 2026. The company remains subject to continued listing requirements and a Discretionary Panel Monitor through Oct. 1, 2027, during which a failure to meet a listing requirement would result in a delisting determination without additional cure time.

The letter described a product roadmap announced Oct. 14, with three planned releases: an AI-driven security operations capability targeted for release within weeks, an enhanced version of its Panoptic web application targeted for the current quarter, and a unified predictive intelligence platform targeted for early 2027. The company noted these timelines remain subject to development, testing, and customer feedback.

Cycurion said approximately 80% of its current business is services. The company stated its goal is to grow a product business alongside services, which it believes could support higher margins over time. It identified state and local government, federal agencies, and commercial sectors — specifically financial services and healthcare — as target markets.

The company also referenced its Digital Ally Video Solutions subsidiary, which maintains relationships with more than 800 police departments and public safety agencies, as a cross-selling opportunity for cybersecurity products.

On the topic of dilution, Kelly stated the company expects to continue relying on outside capital and that future financings may be dilutive. He said the company's goal is to build results that would provide access to less dilutive financing over time.

Kelly said the company plans to provide brief monthly shareholder updates in addition to quarterly results, with a focus on product delivery, customer adoption, contract revenue, and margin improvements as key performance indicators.
