October 20, 2026 8:06 AM

SOAR AI, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR), formerly known as Volato Group, Inc., said its AI compute campus in Chillicothe, Ohio remains on schedule to place its first 4,096 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs in service by December 31, 2026, with contracted customer revenue expected to begin in January 2027.

The company said low-voltage data hall transformers and cooling plant equipment are currently being installed at the site, a former paper mill that closed in 2025. The substation, medium-voltage distribution, and turbine backup power systems are already active and commissioned.

The campus is supported by a master services agreement and two four-year, take-or-pay orders totaling $1.17 billion in aggregate contract value. The company expects those orders to generate approximately $175 million to $200 million in revenue during 2027, subject to delivery and acceptance.

Following the MI355X deployment, SOAR AI plans to deploy 4,032 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs on the AMD Helios rack-scale platform. The data hall is targeted to be ready to accept those GPUs in February 2027, with a contractual in-service date of June 30, 2027.

The company said the campus currently has 154 megawatts of power available, with a roadmap to 480 megawatts. The facility uses direct liquid cooling and targets a power usage effectiveness of approximately 1.08. It is designed to Uptime Institute Tier III concurrent maintainability standards.

SOAR AI also outlined plans for up to two additional tranches of 4,032 MI455X GPUs each, targeted for the second half of 2027, which would bring the campus to as many as 16,192 GPUs. Those tranches are subject to securing financing and customer contracts.

"We remain focused on disciplined execution and on funding the build-out efficiently as we move toward first revenue in January 2027," said Mark Heinen, Chief Financial Officer of SOAR AI.

The company said it is also exploring additional data center sites in the United States and internationally.
