VisionWave outlines development-stage RF sensing and radar portfolio

October 20, 2026 6:01 AM

VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VWAV) disclosed details of its developing portfolio of radio-frequency, radar and electronic-warfare technologies, none of which has generated revenue or completed independent third-party validation, according to a company statement.

The West Hollywood, California-based company is developing three named technologies — VisionRF, GhostSight and DeepWave RF — along with electronic-warfare and spectrum-monitoring payload concepts intended for autonomous ground and aerial platforms.

VisionRF is being developed for threat detection, infrastructure inspection and non-line-of-sight detection. The company said it is pursuing commercialization efforts with third parties but has not entered into a definitive agreement, and no assurance exists that any product, customer or revenue will result.

GhostSight is described as a hybrid passive-radar architecture that uses a passive receiver layer with cooperative illumination, designed to detect targets without a dedicated emitting radar site operated by the company. The system still requires an external radio-frequency illumination source.

DeepWave RF combines RF sensing, artificial intelligence and software-defined radio concepts for subsurface geological sensing across oil, gas and mineral applications. The company has not conducted independent third-party verification of its detection capability, and no resource or reserve estimates have been prepared using it.

Electronic-warfare and spectrum-monitoring payload concepts are being designed for integration with the company's VARAN ground platform and TALON aerial systems through a modular architecture.

"Autonomous platforms are only as effective as their ability to understand the environment around them," said Douglas Davis, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of VisionWave.

The company disclosed in its forward-looking statements that it has a history of operating losses, an accumulated deficit and working capital deficiency, and that substantial doubt exists regarding its ability to continue as a going concern, as described in its most recent periodic report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
