SciSparc shifts strategy toward agentic AI in cybersecurity and finance
SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPRC), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company based in Tel Aviv, Israel, announced it will shift its strategic focus toward agentic AI-powered technologies, with an emphasis on cybersecurity and finance applications.
The announcement, made Oct. 19, 2026, follows a series of related moves by the company, including a decision on July 27, 2026, to target the agentic AI market and the establishment of a Scientific Advisory Board for AI and Cybersecurity on Aug. 26, 2026.
The company said it intends to evaluate technologies, companies, and business opportunities across the agentic AI ecosystem. Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems designed to autonomously plan and execute tasks to achieve defined objectives.

SciSparc noted there is no assurance that its efforts will result in any transaction, commercial agreement, or revenue-generating activity.
The company currently operates through its subsidiary NeuroThera, which focuses on cannabinoid-based pharmaceutical development programs, including treatments for Tourette syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, and epilepsy.
