Quantum X Labs tests LayerQake on IBM quantum processors
Quantum X Labs Inc. (NASDAQ: QXL) announced that its quantum cybersecurity unit, QuantumQ Security, completed an experimental validation of its LayerQake calibration technology on three IBM quantum processors, according to a press release from the Tel Aviv-based company.
The tests were conducted on IBM's ibm_fez, ibm_kingston, and ibm_marrakesh processors. The company reported that LayerQake reduced measurement bias from a range of approximately 11% to 15% down to below 6% on each of the three processors. The experiments also demonstrated a 15- to 21-fold reduction in maximum cumulative error.
The company said the results met two predefined success criteria established before the experiments were conducted: a reduction in measurement bias and a reduction in maximum cumulative error. The tests were described as pre-registered and reproducible.

LayerQake uses a problem-independent calibration approach, meaning it is designed to reduce hardware-induced inaccuracies without requiring a calibration method tailored to each individual computational problem.
Quantum X Labs said it plans to continue evaluating LayerQake across additional quantum workloads, experimental conditions, and hardware environments following the completion of this initial validation.
The company operates across quantum computing, quantum software, quantum cybersecurity, and quantum sensing, and also has subsidiaries in digital advertising and artificial intelligence.
