Lufax Holding Ltd (NYSE: LU, HKEX: 6623) announced the appointment of Jia Liu as its chief financial officer, effective October 16, 2026.

Liu, 42, brings experience in audit, banking, and financial management. Since February 2020, she served in successive roles at CITIC aiBank Corporation Limited, including chief capital operation officer and chief financial officer, where she oversaw strategy, asset and liability management, and completed multiple equity and debt financings.

From December 2014 to December 2019, Liu held several finance roles at Yiren Digital Ltd. (NYSE: YRD), progressing from financial controller to chief financial officer. Prior to that, she spent approximately nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including six years as a senior manager in the financial services department of its Beijing office and three years as an audit manager in the banking and capital markets department of its New York office.

Liu holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Minzu University of China and a master's degree in finance from the University of Rochester. She holds Certified Public Accountant credentials in both China and the United States.
