Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW) announced that Eric Nowak, President of Global Enterprise Computing Solutions, will retire at the end of March 2027 after 22 years with the company.

Nowak informed the company of his retirement plans on October 12, 2026. He will step down from his presidential role on December 31, 2026, and will remain as an advisory employee through his retirement to assist with the transition. The company stated that Nowak is retiring for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the company over its operations, financial statements, policies, or practices.
