Wallbridge Mining rebrands as Sunday Lake Gold Corp., consolidates shares
Wallbridge Mining Company Limited has completed its name change to Sunday Lake Gold Corp. and executed a 20-to-1 share consolidation, according to a company statement.
The company, which has operated under the Wallbridge Mining name since 1996, will now trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: SNDY), with post-consolidation trading expected to begin on or about Oct. 19, 2026. The company also trades on the OTCQB market under the ticker WLBMF.
Shareholders approved both the name change and the consolidation at a special meeting held Sept. 29, 2026. The consolidation reduced the number of issued and outstanding common shares from 1,830,849,901 to 91,542,490. No fractional shares were issued and no cash was paid for fractional entitlements.
Outstanding warrants and incentive awards will be adjusted to reflect the consolidation, with exercise prices increased by a factor of 20 and the number of shares issuable upon exercise reduced by the same factor.

CEO Brian Penny said in the statement that the new name reflects the company's focus on the Sunday Lake Deformation Corridor, which includes its Fenelon gold project in Quebec's Abitibi region. "While our name is changing, our strategy remains focused on advancing Fenelon, unlocking the broader potential of our land portfolio and creating long-term value for our shareholders," Penny said.
The company holds a contiguous mineral property position of 598 km² extending approximately 82 km along the Detour-Fenelon gold trend, which includes the Fenelon Gold Project and the Martiniere Gold Project.
Shareholders holding shares through intermediaries such as brokers or banks do not need to take action, as their intermediaries will process the consolidation. Registered shareholders with physical share certificates are required to submit their certificates along with a completed letter of transmittal to TSX Trust Company.
