Velo3D, Inc. (Nasdaq: VELO) announced preliminary unaudited revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, in the range of approximately $19.5 million to $20.5 million, representing year-over-year growth of approximately 43% to 51% compared with $13.6 million in the third quarter of 2025.

The Fremont, Calif.-based metal additive manufacturing company said the preliminary estimates are unaudited and subject to completion of customary quarter-end financial closing procedures and final adjustments. The company's independent registered public accounting firm has not audited, reviewed, or performed any procedures with respect to the preliminary figures.

Velo3D expects to report final financial results for the third quarter of 2026 during the week of November 9, 2026.
