October 15, 2026 8:32 AM

SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of $16.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, a 65% increase from $9.9 million in the same period of 2025, according to a company statement.

The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $27 million to $36 million, representing growth of approximately 50% to 100% compared with audited fiscal year 2025 revenue of $18 million. Based on the nine-month figure, SEALSQ expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of between $11 million and $20 million, compared to $8.4 million in Q4 2025.

Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash stood at approximately $463 million as of September 30, 2026. The company reported an active business pipeline of more than $200 million through 2029, including more than $100 million associated with post-quantum projects. Management noted these figures are estimates subject to conversion, customer validation and other commercial risks.

Revenue growth during the period was attributed to demand for the Vault-IC secure-element product family, growth in recurring PKI subscriptions, nine months of consolidated revenue from IC'Alps SAS totaling approximately $3.8 million, activity at the Quantix Edge Security center in Murcia, Spain, and initial sampling revenue from its QS7001 and QVault TPM products. The company said 42 customers were evaluating its next-generation secure semiconductor products as of September 30, 2026.

On the product certification front, the VaultIC408 achieved NIST FIPS 140-3 Level 3 validation. SEALSQ said it targets the QS7001 V1 Common Criteria Hardware Evaluation Test Report in October 2026 and a full post-quantum report in January 2027.

iMTC Technology selected the QVault TPM183 for a fingerprint-recognition medical mouse. wolfSSL added support for QVault TPM, confirming TPM 2.0 interoperability. TCG certification is targeted for February 2027 for the TPM183 and May 2027 for the TPM185.

The company also noted that WISeSat.Space, a sister company, completed a business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corporation and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "SAIQ." SEALSQ led a $10 million PIPE investment in connection with that transaction.
