ZenaTech plans to expand Orsa+ AI software into healthcare teaching

ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) announced plans to extend its subsidiary Tillerstack's Orsa+ AI software into healthcare teaching applications, according to a press release dated Oct. 15, 2026.

Orsa+ is a remote assistance software tool currently used by multiple industrial companies to support field technicians. The software is designed to combine remote visual support with access to field-service information, with applications in manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, HVAC, and transportation.

ZenaTech said it intends to integrate Orsa+ with its Stacklens™ AI smart glasses for healthcare education use cases, including clinical simulation, nursing and allied health education, and medical equipment instruction. The planned combination would allow an AI assistant and remote instructors to view what the wearer sees, while keeping the user's hands free.

The company also stated its intention to pursue medical device certification for Stacklens. The glasses remain at the prototype and testing stage, with customer pilots expected to begin in 2027. Current Orsa+ software use by industrial customers is separate from those planned pilots.

"Our vision is to bring practical AI assistance directly into the worker's field of view," said Shaun Passley, Ph.D., ZenaTech CEO. "Combining Orsa+ with Stacklens could extend that support across industrial and field applications and healthcare education, where seeing a task from the learner's perspective can help instructors provide more relevant guidance."

ZenaTech said it intends to explore healthcare and education opportunities with relevant organizations and will provide updates as development, certification, and pilot milestones are reached.
