The Beauty Health Company (SKIN) Reiterated at Hold by StoneX After Model Update
StoneX analyst Bruce Jackson reiterated a Hold rating on The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN).
The analyst commented. "We are updating our model for the reverse split enacted by SkinHealth Systems today. The conversion rate of the Company’s 7.95% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2028 have been adjusted proportionately in accordance with the terms of the notes to reflect the 1-for-20 Reverse Stock Split ratio. SkinHealth Systems is currently overhauling its booster strategy as part of its transition to a medtech-inspired value-based model, shifting from an oversized portfolio of numerous SKUs toward a streamlined selection focused on simplicity and impact. This restructured portfolio is organized around clearly defined clinical use cases, tiered pricing, and differentiated outcomes intended to maximize provider ROI and treatment utilization across the company's installed base. A test of the strategy will come in Q4 with the launch of a new, clinically focused booster that is going to be supported by real clinical data. Management believes that these types of boosters will drive sales, provider engagement, and attachment rates. No change to our Hold rating at this juncture."
