GPTBots.ai partners with AI Storm to deploy AI in NTS contact centers
Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced that its AI agent platform, GPTBots.ai, has entered into a partnership with AI Storm Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 3719), a Japanese enterprise IT services company, to deploy an AI initiative within the operations of Nihon Telesystem, Inc. (NTS), AI Storm's wholly owned subsidiary.
NTS has operated contact centers for more than 38 years. The company faces challenges common to Japan's contact center industry, including the difficulty of transferring veteran agents' knowledge to new staff and an industry-wide labor shortage that pressures service consistency.
Under the partnership, GPTBots.ai will be applied across three stages of NTS's contact center operations. During training, AI role-play simulates customer scenarios so new agents can practice and receive feedback. During live calls, the platform surfaces relevant information and response cues in real time. After calls, it automatically summarizes interactions, extracts key information, and analyzes service quality.

Makoto Nishihama, Director of NTS, said: "The greatest challenge a contact center faces is passing the experience of veteran agents on to everyone on the front line. Through this project, we want to embed that experience into our daily operations and raise the consistency of our response and service quality."
Chris Lo, Founder and CEO of GPTBots.ai, said: "Japan's service industry faces a structural labor shortage, and contact centers are on its front line. Our goal is not to replace people with AI — it is to help frontline staff grow with AI."
The companies said they plan to continue validating AI capabilities across contact center training, real-time response, call analytics, and quality management. The announcement is based on a press release from Aurora Mobile.
