Jaguar Health sets ex-dividend date for Series R preferred stock dividend

October 14, 2026 4:16 PM

Jaguar Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAGX) has announced that Nasdaq has set October 16, 2026, as the ex-dividend date for the company's previously announced special stock dividend, consisting of Series R Convertible Preferred Stock.

The dividend is payable on October 15, 2026, to holders of Jaguar common stock and certain outstanding warrants as of the record date of October 13, 2026.

Nasdaq has advised the company that its shares of common stock will trade with "due bills" from the record date of October 13, 2026, through the ex-dividend date of October 16, 2026. During this period, stockholders who sell their shares will also be selling their right to the special stock dividend. Due bill obligations are customarily settled between brokers representing buyers and sellers.

The company stated it has no obligation for either the amount of the due bill or its processing, and advised buyers and sellers to consult their brokers before trading.

"Jaguar is issuing the Special Stock Dividend to reward and recognize our passionate and supportive stockholders and provide protection against potential dilution as we continue evaluation of strategic alternatives," said Lisa Conte, Jaguar's founder, president, and CEO.

Conte also referenced the company's development program for oral crofelemer as a therapy for rare intestinal failure diseases, including microvillus inclusion disease and short bowel syndrome with intestinal failure, noting a planned New Drug Application filing for crofelemer for microvillus inclusion disease in mid-2027.

Additional information about the special stock dividend and terms of the preferred stock was filed in a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 5, 2026.
