DataMeds AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) has entered into an exclusive license, revenue-sharing, and marketing agreement with Reboot Health AI, Inc. for U.S. direct-to-consumer rights to Reboot's care management platform, according to a company statement.

Under the agreement, DataMeds will integrate Reboot's GLP-1 patient management technology into its Health Lives Here mobile application, which is available on Android and iOS. The companies will share revenue generated from subscriptions tied to the platform.

Reboot Health AI is an operating subsidiary of Data Health Partners, Inc. Its patent portfolio includes six issued patents and six pending applications covering data-driven outcome optimization, goal progression tracking, and AI-enhanced chronic disease management. Data Health Partners is currently in litigation with Teladoc Health, Inc. over the intellectual property licensed under the agreement.

The Health Lives Here app is designed to consolidate electronic health records, integrate wearable device data, and provide a health dashboard for goal tracking. DataMeds plans to offer GLP-1 weight care management support modules through the app on a monthly subscription basis.

"We are thrilled to have completed this agreement and now have access to this key intellectual property and weight care management platform," said Gerald E. Commissiong, Interim Co-CEO of DataMeds.

The company's pharmacy subsidiary, Corexa Health, is licensed to dispense FDA-approved GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs. Nutraceutical partner Tollo Health, which is led by Commissiong, manufactures medical foods and dietary supplements intended for patients on GLP-1 medications. Tollo Health is a related-party entity.

DataMeds said it plans to conduct pilot programs before a commercial launch of the integrated platform. No financial terms of the licensing agreement were disclosed.
