UBS Reiterates Buy Rating on Domino's Pizza (DPZ) Following Q3 Results

October 14, 2026 9:34 AM

UBS analyst Dennis Geiger reiterated a Buy rating and $385.00 price target on Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ).

The analyst commented, "3Q results highlighted strong US order count growth and continued share gains within the QSR pizza category, but pressured sss and guidance reductions reflect ongoing headwinds. Select '26 guidance metrics were lowered, including operating income growth to MSD% ex. FX (vs. ~MSD-HSD% prior), global retail sales growth to LSD-MSD% (from MSD%), ~flat International sss (from LSD%), and US sss updated to the lower end of the LSD% range (from LSD% prior). Additionally, US store development guidance was lowered to 125-150 net units (~175 prior), while International unit growth was reiterated (~800 net openings). Share weakness wasn't surprising given: still challenged US sss from ongoing pressure on ticket (in 3Q from reduced items per order), International sales weakness from global macro headwinds & franchisee issues, and reduced '26 US unit growth targets raising concerns about the '27 and longer-term outlook. But we expect DPZ is positioned for continued category market share gains (~100 bps/yr historically), and despite macro & market headwinds, we believe DPZ's valuation at ~14x '27 EPS remains attractive with opportunities for stronger sales growth over time supported by key competitive advantages and strategic plans."
