Positech begins deliveries on $3.9M defense order for T3 Defense
T3 Defense Inc. (NASDAQ: DFNS) announced that its subsidiary, Positech Ltd., has completed the first shipment of modified Heavy-Duty Single-Axis rotators under a $3.9 million order from an Israeli defense customer, according to a company statement.
The order, originally announced in June 2026, covers rotators designed to support counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (C-UAV) systems, providing precision positioning for detection and interception equipment. Positech expects to complete the remaining deliveries in Q1 2027.
The rotators deliver torque ranging from 0.5Nm to 200Nm and rotational speeds of up to 180 degrees per second. The product uses a gearless, modular architecture and features continuous rotation with zero backlash.

"This first shipment represents an important milestone for our team in delivering a modified rotator tailored to our customer's requirements," said Gera Eron, CEO of Positech. "We are working closely with our customer to execute the order as we complete the remaining units, with final delivery expected in Q1 2027."
Menny Shalom, Chairman and CEO of T3 Defense, said the delivery reflects the company's strategy of acquiring businesses that supply technologies to established defense customers.
