Ryan Cohen, chairman, president, and chief executive of GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME), purchased a combined 844,130 shares of the company's Class A common stock on Oct. 13, according to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cohen acquired 67,130 shares at $26.75 per share and an additional 777,000 shares at $27.00 per share. Following the transactions, Cohen directly held 42,492,652 shares of GameStop's Class A common stock.
