Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMR) announced that Andreas Konialidis has resigned from its board of directors, according to a press release issued by the Athens- and New York-based company.

The company stated that Konialidis's departure was not related to any disagreement over the company's operations, policies, or practices.

Heidmar said its board will continue to oversee company affairs and that a search for a replacement director will begin in due course.
