Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) prevailed on four claims in a jury trial against Qualcomm, according to a statement from the company. The jury awarded Qualcomm $1 in damages on each of two remaining claims, for a total award of $2.

Arm said the verdict confirms the company "operated in good faith" under its technology license agreement with Qualcomm. Qualcomm had pursued the case seeking what Arm described as billions of dollars under their license agreements.

"The jury's verdict confirms that Arm operated in good faith under its technology license agreement and its award of only two dollars confirms the merit of Arm's arguments in the case," the company said in a statement.
