High Roller Technologies names Flip Pidot as chief business officer
High Roller Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROLR), an online gaming and prediction markets company based in Las Vegas, has appointed Flip Pidot as its chief business officer, a newly created role focused on business development and strategic partnerships for the company's prediction markets business.
Pidot will report to CEO Seth Young and work with the company's product, technology and operations teams. In the role, he will lead efforts to expand distribution and develop commercial partnerships for the company's ROLR prediction markets platform.
Pidot brings more than 17 years of experience in prediction markets. He founded American Civics Exchange in 2008, an institutional marketplace for political and event-based risk products. His subsequent ventures include The Super Market, a white-label prediction market platform; Polyoptions, which develops trading tools for prediction market participants; and ACE OTC, a marketplace for bespoke event futures. He also held responsibilities at PredictIt covering contract design, settlement rules and liquidity development.

"He understands what attracts participants, how well-designed markets work and what commercial partners need to succeed," said Seth Young, CEO of High Roller Technologies.
Pidot is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. He also serves on the board of the Coalition for Political Forecasting.
