Roze AI secures $14.8M in new South Korea fire-tech contracts
Roze AI Inc. (Nasdaq: RZAI) announced three new contracts totaling approximately $14.8 million (KRW 19.88 billion) through its wholly owned Korean subsidiary, Roze AI Korea Co., Ltd., according to a press release dated Oct. 13, 2026.
The contracts were signed with existing customers Hajo and IJ and cover three sites in South Korea: Hapjeong Districts 5 and 6 in Seoul and Nonhyeon ALT2 at the Soraepogu Fish Market development in Incheon. Each contract includes digital twin AI platforms, fire protection equipment, and related installation works.
The individual contract values are as follows:
Hapjeong District 5 (Hajo): approximately $6.10 million (KRW 8.18 billion); Hapjeong District 6 (Hajo): approximately $7.49 million (KRW 10.06 billion); Nonhyeon ALT2 (IJ): approximately $1.22 million (KRW 1.64 billion).

Construction at all three sites is expected to begin in the first half of 2027. The company noted that contract amounts are based on preliminary designs and may be revised, and that the stated values do not constitute revenue guidance. Contracts also allow for project changes, postponement, or cancellation.
These contracts are separate from agreements with Hajo and IJ announced on Oct. 6, 2026, which covered Seocho ALT1, ALT2, and Nonhyeon ALT1.
Roze AI's platform, called Fire 4Cast, uses wireless sensors and its Disaster AI Platform to generate a Fire Risk Index. The company is incorporated in Canada and operates through its South Korea-based subsidiary.
