Draganfly invests in Estonian-Ukrainian drone autonomy firm DoD Solution
Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO; CSE: DPRO; FSE: 3U8) has made a strategic investment in DoD Solution, an Estonian-Ukrainian defence technology company that develops onboard autonomy systems for unmanned platforms, according to a press release issued Oct. 13, 2026.
DoD Solution's AURA AI platform combines an onboard computer called the AURA SBC with AURA OS, a software stack designed to support navigation, perception, target recognition and tracking, and terminal guidance in environments where GPS or communications are degraded or unavailable. The platform is designed for use across multiple unmanned systems, including FPV drones, interceptors, and fixed-wing aircraft.
As part of the transaction, Draganfly CEO Cameron Chell will join DoD Solution's board. DoD Solution said it plans to use the proceeds to advance the AURA SBC into production, develop AURA OS and onboard AI capabilities, and meet U.S. National Defense Authorization Act compliance requirements.

"An advanced autonomy solution that can work across different unmanned systems and operational environments provides an inherent capability advantage," said Roman Hapachylo, CEO of DoD Solution.
"The opportunity to be working with DoD Solution, sharing our collective experience and capabilities will help accelerate important advancement into the hands of users at a speed and scale designed to provide them with the advantages needed to be successful," said Cameron Chell, CEO of Draganfly.
Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
