RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG) and Allnet.Italia announced a partnership to distribute RingCentral's cloud communications platform to businesses in Italy, according to a press release from the companies.

The agreement marks RingCentral's first wholesale partnership in Italy. Under the arrangement, Allnet.Italia's network of more than 5,000 system integrators, managed service providers, and resellers will sell, implement, and support RingCentral's platform across the Italian market.

The partnership centers on RingCentral's RingEX platform, which includes three AI-driven components: an AI Receptionist that routes incoming calls automatically, an AI Virtual Assistant that handles note-taking during calls, and an AI Conversation Expert that generates analytics from call data.

Emiliano Papadopoulos, CEO of Allnet.Italia, said the addition of RingCentral completes the company's communications portfolio. "Business telephony is no longer standalone: AI turns every call into data that flows directly into the CRMs and applications companies already use," he said.

Homayoun Razavi, EVP and GM of Global Strategic Partnerships at RingCentral, said the partnership combines Allnet.Italia's channel network with RingCentral's AI platform to serve Italian businesses.

Allnet.Italia, based in Bologna, is a value-added distributor of ICT solutions that has operated since 2000. RingCentral is headquartered in Belmont, California.
